Apple Unveils the Updated MacBook Air

People scoffed slightly when first hearing of Apple‘s MacBook Air back in 2008, as the technology giant debuted a computer with no CD/DVD drive, nor much capability for memory – amenities we’ve come to expect from laptops these days. At this present point in the chronicle of the Macbook Air, the design sits triumphantly at the top. CD’s and DVD’s inch toward obscurity in a memory-driven technological landscape, and peripheral devices tend to take over the rest.

Apple continues to push the Macbook Air with increasing degrees of success, with the most recent version being unveiled at WWDC just recently. The new design finds the Air upgraded with fourth-generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors, 802.11ac WiFi connectivity with expanded range, 8GB of blitzing 1600MHz LPDDR3 memory. Alongside 12 hours of battery stamina and a minimum 128GB of flash-based storage, these features make the MacBook Air a powerful, undeniable player in the laptop game.
